Margo Lydon

Executive Officer (B.Bus)
SuperFriend

As Executive Officer, Margo’s role is to manage the strategic direction and operations of SuperFriend, ensuring that the Foundation works to deliver on its mission of reducing the incidence of suicide and the impact of mental illness on individuals, employers, workplaces, families and friends. She works closely and collaboratively with the industry superannuation funds, group life insurers and mental health organisations participating in SuperFriend.

Deborah Kennedy

Program Development Manager
SuperFriend

Deborah joined the SuperFriend team in June as the Foundation’s Program Development Manager. In this role she is responsible for ensuring that the SuperFriend programs are developed and delivered to meet the needs of fund members, employers and our supporting stakeholders. This means she works hard to ensure the programs are best practice, value for money and have a positive impact on the lives of industry super fund members and employers.

Chris Allsop

Marketing Coordinator
SuperFriend

Chris joined the SuperFriend team in March, 2011, in the role of Marketing Coordinator. He is responsible for the Foundation’s marketing, communications and events. This includes all of SuperFriend’s print materials, website, newsletters and events that the Foundation either hosts or is a part of.

Kelly Tapley

Research & Projects Officer (BA/Psych, BAppSci Hons)
SuperFriend

As Research & Projects Officer, Kelly’s role at SuperFriend is to manage the Foundation’s research activities from concept to completion. This means she oversees our research activities from the scoping and business cases phases through to tender, stakeholder management and analysis and evaluation. She’s particularly passionate about the latter, believing that everything we do should result in best practice, high-quality outcomes that have practical applications.

Lorraine Walker

Finance & Administration Officer
SuperFriend

The newest member of the SuperFriend team, Lorraine is the Foundation’s Finance & Administration Officer. She’s responsible for ensuring accurate and appropriate financial data is captured and reported, in-line with the Foundation’s policies and stakeholder requirements. She is also the team “go to” person for administrative support.
