Building Ideas TV - support in tough times

Throughout Australia, the economic downturn is being felt by families everywhere.

Many people, in all walks of life, have already lost their jobs, some are finding less work is available and many more are worried about the possibility of being retrenched. Dealing with these kinds of changes can be challenging and distressing for many people.

In recognition of the effects of the economic downturn being felt in the workplace and its impact on mental health and wellbeing, SuperFriend, Cbus, Masters Builders Association of South Australia and beyondblue: the national depression initiative have collaborated to develop two booklets that offer information and support for dealing with job loss or change.
