As Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary, Margo’s role is to manage the strategic direction and operations of SuperFriend, ensuring that the Foundation works to deliver on its mission of reducing the incidence of suicide and the impact of mental illness on individuals, employers, workplaces, families and friends.

Emma began her working life in wholesale financial services and has since gone on to hold diverse and senior roles in both the for-profit and for-purpose sectors.

Kara gained experience during her time as a Client Executive at Aon Risk Services managing a portfolio of complex risks, and she brings a wealth of knowledge from the Insurance Industry. Head of Programs & Initiatives
Kristina joined SuperFriend in July 2015 as the organisation’s Program Manager. In her role she oversees the delivery of a suite programs and products that SuperFriend offers to its Partners Funds and employers.

Program Manager, Mental Health & Wellbeing Training
John joined SuperFriend in August 2017 in the role of Program Manager – Mental Health & Wellbeing Training. In his role, he is responsible for managing the development and delivery of training that supports workplaces to promote mental health and wellbeing and reduce the stigma associated with mental illness.
With a Masters in Applied Psychology, he brings over 13 years’ experience in organisation development and workplace mental health across a variety of industries in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. In her role as Program Manager, Erin manages the development and delivery of SuperFriend projects and programs, ranging from Financial Services Training to digital apps and workplace programs.
Since completing her degree in Psychology, Erin has spent the last 7 years developing and delivering policies and programs that aim to improve mental health outcomes in Australia and Internationally. With complimentary qualifications in fitness, policy and project management, Erin applies an integrated and holistic approach to meet the needs of fund members, employers and supporting stakeholders.
Program Manager – Financial Services
Tom joined SuperFriend in August 2016 in the role of Program Manager – Financial Services. He brings over 11 years’ experience of clinical treatment and Occupational Rehabilitation within the Insurance and Finance sectors of the UK and Australia.
Tom specialises in the development and delivery of innovative early intervention, claims management and rehabilitation services for the Life Insurance industry. Terry has recently relocated to Melbourne from the UK with his family to adopt a greater work/life balance. He has more than 20 years’ experience working at a senior level in finance within the not-for-profit sector in local government, education, charities and health organisations.
