SuperFriend’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Training for staff and managers provides employees with the confidence, skills, strategies and tools to ensure they are supported, safe and productive at work.


Mental Health and Wellbeing Training will:

  • Encourage prevention and early intervention of mental illness
  • Build the capacity and confidence of staff and managers to support positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.


SuperFriend Mental Health and Wellbeing Training is available nationally and delivered by a registered psychologist. All course workbooks and materials are provided.
