Workplace mental health is not just an HR issue – in positive working environments, everyone in the organisation looks out for one another. The majority of people spend a large majority of their time in the workplace and therefore, it is an ideal environment to observe changes in each other’s behaviour or make vital connections with people who may be in need of support.

Peer Support Booklet

SuperFriend’s Peer Support Booklet provides practical suggestions for listening to and supporting work colleagues who may be experiencing mental health challenges. It helps to increase employees’ communication skills and support strategies to foster a mentally healthy workplace culture. 


SuperFit Mates (program)

SuperFit Mates is an innovative workplace peer support training program that teaches and empowers employees to become mentors to support the mental health of their colleagues and promote positive wellbeing in the organisation.

Managing Bereavement, Grief and Loss (online e-learning module)

SuperFriend’s Managing Bereavement, Grief and Loss is an easy-to-use, 20-minute online e-learning module which equips employees and employers with the skills and confidence to support themselves and colleagues experiencing loss. The module educates about the helpful and harmful actions to take during this time and creates greater connectedness in the workplace.
