The Five Ways to Wellbeing were developed by the New Economics Foundation (NEF) in the UK. NEF drew on state-of-the-art research about wellbeing and positive psychology to develop a set of actions which promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
The Five Ways to Wellbeing are: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give.
The program has been developed by SuperFriend in collaboration with PeopleScape a firm of organisational psychologists specialising in work related health, wellbeing and performance.
