Chris Deakin

Committee Member, SuperFriend Expert Advisory Committee; Executive Manager, Distribution, LUCRF Super

Chris joined LUCRF Super in November 2018 as Executive Manager, Distribution with strategic responsibility for the Contact Centre, Advice & Education and Business Development teams.

She works with her teams’ leaders to drive continuous improvement in engaging with members to provide access to the support they require to gain financial dignity now and in retirement. Chris has also been an active contributor to Community Health for many years and feels strongly about creating healthy and positive environments for people and the impact this can have on all aspects of their lives.

Chris’ experience spans more than 28 years in financial services.  She has a Bachelor of Economics (Monash), a Diploma Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She is Chair of the Board of Banyule Community Health, winner of the Premier’s Victorian Primary Health Service of the Year 2019.
