Program Manager - Wellbeing Works and Planning a Mentally Healthy Retirement

Emma joined SuperFriend in August 2016 and comes with 15 years’ experience working in the Health Promotion industry.

Emma has held health promotion practitioner and leadership roles in a variety of settings including not for profit, state government and primary and community health.  Emma has a passion for population health and influencing the systems outside of the health sector that impact on the health and wellbeing of our community.

Before joining SuperFriend Emma was the Health Promotion Team Leader at Peninsula Health where she, among other things, led the development of their Workplace Wellbeing strategy in partnership with the HR department.  It was during this time that Emma developed a passion for workplace health promotion.  Emma is currently studying Human Resource Management and has a particular interest in organisational development and change.
