Robynne is responsible for project managing the Mentally Healthy Workplace Alliance (MHWA).

Prior to this role, Robynne has worked across a number of diverse roles in mental health, including at headspace and within primary and secondary schools delivering wellbeing initiatives and community partnerships. With a wealth of experience from almost two decades working in organisational development and corporate wide HR projects in one of Australia’s largest corporates, Robynne brings a relevant blend of mental health knowledge and competencies in organisational and cultural change.  She is passionate about mental health and working to bring about much needed reforms in this area to the workplace.

Robynne completed a 2 year supervision psychology program with Coyne Didsbury and Opic in Organisational psychology whilst working in Telstra’s Assessment Centre and has a post graduate in Educational Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Behavioural Science.

Robynne’s two teenage daughters and two energetic groodles keep her busy outside of work hours, but she still finds time occasionally to play tennis and read or watch movies.
