Head of Strategy & Business Operations

Catherine oversees SuperFriend’s strategy development, business operations, strategic collaborations, marketing & communications and insights & impact functions. 

Drawn to SuperFriend’s unique relationship with insurers and ‘all profit to member’ superannuation funds to improve workplace mental health and wellbeing, Catherine joined the SuperFriend team in early 2014.  With a wealth of experience from the banking and arts sectors, Catherine’s previous roles include Head of Business Management and Program Director at ANZ.   Catherine is currently Deputy Chair of Linden New Art, a member of Arts Project Australia’s Policy and Planning Sub-Committee, Women’s Property Initiatives Nominations Committee and a Mentor at Fitted for Work. Catherine is a previous President of Arts Project Australia Inc and Non-Executive Director of Petit Grand Kaboom Ltd (Little Big Shots International Film Festival for Kids). Catherine holds a Master of Strategic Foresight, Bachelor of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. On weekends, Catherine loves to spend time with family and friends enjoying the cafes, restaurants and galleries of Melbourne.
