Leanne Nicholson

Leanne has more than 20 years of strategic, operational and financial experience where she is known for getting things done and taking people on a journey that makes positive impact.

Leanne started her career as an accountant but soon progressed into a more T-shaped role as she moved into broader operations, mainly in management consulting, in a COO/CFO role and then as a General Manager.

She has successfully led the effort to transform internal business processes. Her understanding of best practices improved cash flow, while introducing new and more efficient methods for dashboard and management reporting in a time of significant change.

Creative and adaptable, Leanne’s strategic insight inspires confidence in her team and empowers them to transform businesses to create lasting change.

She is accustomed to fast-paced, dynamic environments and can process large amounts of information, while maintaining a big picture focus, making critical decisions quickly and adjusting course when required.

She has a knack for quickly grasping “as is” processes, procedures and systems and drive the implementation of improvements. She has completed numerous major Enterprise Resource Planning transformations, and software implementations, resulting in significant business improvements on each occasion.

She is passionate about making work fun and interesting for her team, while actively mentoring and creating opportunities for them to learn and progress. Leanne is gregarious, team oriented, fun loving and sociable and establishes relationships very quickly.
