Peta is a Psychologist and CEO of Performance Story, with over 30 years as a clinician, consultant, coach, author and speaker.  Her Executive roles span Australia and North America, including SVP Corporate Health, Executive People, Culture and Performance for a large global mining company, and Managing Director of a clinical and organisational psychology firm. She was the first to commercialise biometric assessments of mental health, and was also charged with setting up a for profit division of a large Australian For Purpose organisation.  

Peta has a passion for data driven practice and technology, and interests across mental health, leadership, culture and high performance. She is Founder of the World’s Biggest Mental Health Check in and Co-Founder of the One Million Lives program - a probono initiative partnering with international corporations to change the way mental health is approached through technology.  She sits on the Board of the WA Institute of Sport and is a former Finalist in Telstra Business Woman of the Year.
