Kate Leplaw is currently Head of Member Experience at AustralianSuper, where she leads a diverse portfolio across Member Sentiment, Experience Design, Service Channels and Service Transformation to support the Fund’s ambition of helping members achieve their best financial position in retirement. Kate joined AustralianSuper in January 2022, and prior to that held numerous senior leadership roles in customer, product, marketing and brand across banking, wealth management and insurance.
